The Projects

  1. Kirkland Lake Gold – Dry Expansion                        
    • Phase I (2010)
    • 11,000 square foot addition to existing complex consisting of concrete foundations, conventional steel framing, q-decking floors and roof, metal studs, cladding, drywall, flooring, electrical and mechanical
    • The expansion consisted of an expanded clean dry with (266) each vented lockers, 270’-0” benches, an expanded dirty dry with (368) each locker baskets
    • The expansion also consisted of a 14’-0” wide X 42’-0” epoxy painted shower with (36) each shower heads, (2) each washrooms, (9) urinals, (6) water closets and (6) lavatories
    • A second floor complete with (10) each offices, server room, conference room, kitchen and mezzanine for HVAC equipment
    • Miscellaneous renovations to existing complex at tie-ins and added additional corridor

    • Phase II (2011)
    • 8,750 square foot addition to existing 11,000 square foot dry listed above consisting of concrete foundations, conventional steel framing, q-decking floors and roof, metal studs, cladding, drywall, flooring, electrical and mechanical
    • The expansion consisted of clean dry with (192) each vented lockers, 100’-0” benches, an expanded dirty dry with (344) each locker baskets
    • The expansion also consisted of a 14’-0” wide X 42’-0” epoxy painted shower with (36) each shower heads, (1) each washroom, (5) urinals, (3) water closets and (3) lavatories
    • A second floor complete with (2) each offices, (1) large open work area and mezzanine for HVAC equipment
    • Miscellaneous renovations to existing complex at tie-ins
